Massimiliano Ghini is the Director of The Center for Innovative Management and member of the Board at Six Seconds, The Emotional Intelligence Network. A Professor of Management at Alma Graduate School (AGS) and Human Resources Management at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Engineering.

Max is the coauthor of the book Inside Change (italian edition: Intelligenza Emotiva dentro il cambiamento ed ilsole24ore 2010), coauthor of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI) and of the Vital Signs Tools (VS) to measure the drivers of performance and the author of several articles and white papers on EQ.

In 2006, Max has been candidate at the Aspen Institute Faculty Pioneer Award for the “significant contribution to the field of business in society, particularly through his innovative research and tools related to Emotional Intelligence”.
